Association of Hunters and Fishermen “Lebed” Dropped a Flock of Young Ducks in the Lake “Vaya”-Video

 

Members of the Association of Hunters and Fishermen “Lebed” (“Swan”) – Burgas are hunters and fishermen from the municipalities: Sozopol, Malko Tarnovo, Primorsko, Kameno and Burgas, united in 34 hunting and fishing teams. AHF “Lebed” – Burgas is engaged in breeding and rearing of pheasants, further breeding of game and other activities for protection and maintenance of the rich bird and animal world of the Burgas region.

 

 

Today, activists of the Association of Hunters and Fishermen “Lebed” released a large flock of ducks in Lake “Vaya”, incubated and raised so far by them. The birds did not show any signs of stress and very quickly fit into the atmosphere of the beautiful Burgas Lake.

Coincidentally, today there were graduates of the Summer Academy for children from 5 to 10 years old at the Private Primary School “Celesten Frene” Burgas, for whom a visit to the Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism “Vaya” was organized.

 

 

The children were very happy, because in an accessible and pleasant way they were informed, motivated and inspired to gather scientific knowledge, to form a new, emotionally engaged attitude to environmental issues and to realize the value of each of us’ contribution to environmental protection and rich biodiversity of the Bulgarian nature.
