RULES ON THE INTERNAL ORDER IN ECOPARK FOR BIODIVERSITY AND ALTERNATIVE TOURISM VAYA

Your safety is a priority for us and the compliance with the rules for use of the facilities and stay at the site are mandatory. Damage to our prestige and failure to comply with our security and safety rules may result in removal from the Ecopark territory without refunding the value of the ticket purchased.

Before purchasing an entry ticket or requesting use of another service provided at Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism Vaya, customers should take the initiative themselves and familiarize themselves with these Rules for Internal Order. By purchasing a ticket and / or submitting a request for another service, the client agrees to these Internal Rules and agrees to abide by them.

When requesting group services (birthday party, school group visits, etc.), the applicant is obliged to acquaint all children, their parents, and their accompanying teachers and / or parents with these conditions, as well as to indicate their place, where they can get acquainted with them.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms and expressions have the following meanings:

– “Consumer”, “customer” or “visitor” means any person who purchases or wishes to purchase a good or service;

– “Service” – an activity offered at Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism Vaya for a fee (entrance ticket, annual card, visits to school groups, organization of birthday parties, renting rooms, etc.). The list of services offered is subject to change at any time;

– Ticket “- a unique paper-based barcode document;

– “School group” – Students from the first to the twelfth grade and six-year-old children from a preparatory (for the first grade) group in a kindergarten or school led by teachers and / or tutors;

– “Child” – any natural person up to the age of 18.

Vaya Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism has the right to change the prices without prior notice, as well as to correct the wrong technical and other parameters of the goods and services it offers.

Safety Rules

Important rules to be followed during your stay at the Vaya Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism:

-Read all signs and nameplates within the park view;
-Running in the park and playing rough around the pools are not allowed;

-All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by persons over the age of 16;
-Please do not overlook your children, their safety is entirely the responsibility of the attendants and not the park staff!

– When attending school groups, the children are accompanied by at least one teacher. In this case, a maximum of ten children may be accompanied by one teacher, parent or other adult. Parents may accompany children from school groups only with the teacher (s). It is not allowed to organize a visit of school groups only by parents.

– Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Personal Luggage

Do not leave your items unattended for an extended period of time. In case of lost or stolen property, seek the assistance of the Customer Relations Department. Vaya Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Your Behavior in the Park

We expect from our visitors an understanding and tolerance. Visitors using obscene, offensive words and phrases or non-verbal obscene gestures can be expelled from Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism Vaya without refunding their entrance fee.

Visitors are required to maintain and use the infrastructure and facilities in place with due care. In the event of damage, the perpetrators bear property liability and are obliged to fully reimburse the Ecopark for the costs of repair and / or restoration.

Visitors are not allowed to enter the technical and designated areas and facilities for the Park staff.

Access to the Park

Your security is our top priority. For security purposes, the access to the park is only possible after checking your personal luggage. It is forbidden to bring weapons, knives, sharp or glass objects into the park. Food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and refrigerated bags or pets are not allowed. Baby food and water are an exception.

We ask the visitors of the Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism Vaya to observe all rules and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Parking

Vaya Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism has a limited number of parking spaces.

Entry Cards / Tickets Issued by Ecopark for Biodiversity and Alternative Tourism Vaya

Access to the park is done only against presentation of a card / ticket and a valid ID.

Bad Weather Conditions

For your safety in adverse weather conditions, the access to some parts of the Park will be restricted.

Please respect the environment, created order and cleanliness, and always use the designated waste sites.
Let all visitors to the site approach with respect both the representatives of the flora and fauna, as well as the other visitors and our employees.
Everything that we set aside on the farm is to promote biodiversity. Let’s keep it together.
Please do not leave children under 7 years of age without supervision in the Ecopark.
If you wish to feed some of the residents of Ecopark, please use the rations we have prepared to ensure their good health.
Feel welcome to use the gift boxes and help us with “green” care and investment in sustainable development.
Animals have learned that the humans use roads and secluded paths, if you enter too much into their area you will scare them away and you will not be able to enjoy their company.
Please take pictures of everything that surrounds you, but do not take another “souvenirs”.
